Mulligan's presents further innovation in bar dining. There are 54 tapas items and another 18 choices of bar meals. There are over 70 taps in Mulligans including 54 different wines ‘on tap’. Where possible, all major items of food and drink in this hotel have been sourced from South Australia. For coffee and aphrodaesiacs, the Caffy Shack supplies the entire hotel (on premise or takeaway).
