Mulligan's presents further innovation in bar dining. There are 36 tapas items and another 24 choices of bar meals. There are over 70 taps in Mulligans including 54 different wines ‘on tap’. Where possible, all major items of food and drink in this hotel have been sourced from South Australia. For coffee and aphrodisiacs, the Caffy Shack supplies the entire hotel (on premise or takeaway).
